Project Background Reprovisioning of Diamond Hill Crematorium is divided into two phases. Works to be executed in Phase I and II include the following major items: Phase I · Demolition of facilities in Existing Crematorium in the southern side of the Project site, including · Existing siting out area · Garden of remembrance · Existing building structure, including CLP secondary substation, toilets, pavilion and retaining walls · Construction of the New Crematorium main facilities, including · One cremator plant room housing six cremators · Three fuel tanks (with total capacity of 34,000L) · Two service halls (each can hold 120 people) · One pulverizing room · One mortuary · One office · Toilets for public ·
